Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an active participant?
Anyone with a current eligibility record, active benefit, or pension in pay status across any fund in the organization. All funds within an org are included — H&W, pension, annuity, vacation, PBGC. No per-fund fees.
What if our participant count changes?
Your bill adjusts monthly based on active participant count. No manual true-ups needed.
How long does implementation take?
Typical implementations take 2-4 weeks for most organizations. Not 12-18 months like legacy vendors.
Can you migrate our data from basys/ISSI/BenefitDriven?
Yes. We have experience migrating from legacy Taft-Hartley platforms. Data migration is priced as a professional service based on data volume and source system.
What about PBGC-only or frozen funds?
Organizations with zero active participants pay the org base fee only. The Starter tier minimum of $1,000/month covers a dedicated environment for servicing legacy funds.
