Add an organization. Set participant counts by activity type. The math is right here.

Count each person once across all your fund's plans. A tree trimmer earning hours toward H&W, Pension, and Annuity = 1 Working Contributor (not 3).

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you classify participants?

Three buckets, each priced based on real cost-to-serve: Working Contributors are people currently earning hours and contributing — they drive eligibility runs, employer remittances, claims. Pensioners in Pay are retirees receiving monthly benefits — they drive disbursement processing, 1099-R, beneficiary management. Vested Deferreds are people with future benefit entitlements who are not currently working or receiving.

Why three buckets instead of just active vs deferred?

Because the work the platform does for each group is genuinely different. Lumping pensioners with working contributors overcharges; lumping with deferred undercharges. Three buckets let us price each at its real cost — and gives you a defensible story for Trustees.

How does the per-plan fee work?

Each organization's base fee includes one plan. Additional plans within the same organization — typical for funds running DB + H&W + 401(k) on the same platform — add $550/month each. Same participant master, but each plan has its own CBA rules, Form 5500, audit support, and reporting cadence.

What if our participant count changes?

Your bill adjusts monthly based on actual active and deferred participant counts. No manual true-ups needed.

How long does implementation take?

Most single-plan implementations take 2–4 weeks. Multi-plan migrations from legacy vendors like basys, ISSI, or BenefitDriven typically take 6–12 weeks depending on data hygiene. Not 12–18 months like enterprise pension platforms.

Can you migrate our data from basys, ISSI, or BenefitDriven?

Yes. We have experience migrating from legacy Taft-Hartley platforms. Data migration is priced as a professional service based on data volume and source system complexity.

What about PBGC-only, insolvent, or frozen funds?

Frozen and runoff plans typically have few or no active participants and a lot of deferred participants — exactly where our pricing structure helps. The deferred rate keeps total cost reasonable while preserving the full platform.

Working with a TPA?

Ask your TPA about partner pricing. We work with TPAs through a channel partner program with discounted wholesale rates. The numbers on this page are list — TPAs may quote below list.
