We built the system we wished existed.
Simplorium exists because every TPA we talked to was running the same patchwork of legacy systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes — and paying a premium for the privilege.
The problem was obvious.
Third Party Administrators managing Taft-Hartley benefit funds have been underserved by technology for decades. The dominant platforms in this space were built in the 1990s, acquired by private equity, and maintained just enough to keep the lights on.
TPAs are stuck paying six-figure implementation fees for software that still requires manual data entry for employer remittances. Members call the fund office for information that should be available online. Compliance reporting means exporting to Excel and reformatting by hand.
We decided to build what should have existed all along: a modern, multi-tenant platform purpose-built for Taft-Hartley fund administration — with transparent pricing, every feature included, and an architecture that actually scales.
"Every TPA we talked to was running five different systems to do what one platform should handle. And none of them published their pricing."
— Scrypster engineering team
Built by Scrypster.
Simplorium is designed and built by Scrypster, a technology company specializing in multi-tenant SaaS platforms for regulated industries.
Our team has built and scaled platforms serving hundreds of organizations across public safety, government, and benefits administration. We understand what it takes to build software for industries where compliance isn't optional and downtime isn't acceptable.
Three things that actually matter.
Not PE-Backed
No investors extracting margin. No board meetings deciding your feature roadmap. We build what TPAs actually need, not what maximizes quarterly returns.
Built by Administrators
Designed alongside TPAs who run Taft-Hartley funds every day. Every feature exists because a fund administrator needed it — not because a product manager imagined it.
Modern Stack, Not Legacy
Built on Laravel, Vue, and AWS — not a COBOL system with a web skin. Faster development cycles, better security, and a platform that gets better every month.
Operating principles we won't compromise on.
Publish the price.
If you can't put it on a public page, you don't understand your own cost structure well enough to charge for it.
Every feature, every plan.
No portal add-ons, no per-report fees, no module gates. Tiering by feature creates perverse incentives and unhappy customers.
Same support for everyone.
No "premium" support tier. The smallest fund and the largest fund get the same response time from the same engineers.
Audit trails by default.
Every action logged. Trustees, fund counsel, and DOL auditors get read-only access scoped to their fund — no spreadsheet exports required.
A 30-minute review.
Your data. Your funds. No deck.
Bring a real remittance file and a real CBA. We'll show you exactly how it loads, posts, and reconciles in Simplorium. No sales theater. No 60-slide pitch deck.
