Simplorium's Master Service Agreement and terms of service are provided to prospective clients as part of the evaluation process.

Our agreements are straightforward: you own your data, you can export it at any time, and we don't lock you in with punitive termination clauses. Full agreement documentation is available upon request before any commitment is made.
